About Me

My name is Emma, and I created Marley Rose Cakes after deciding to finally turn my passion for all things sweet into a business when our daughter Marley Rose was born. I have spent a lot of time perfecting my skills by doing specialised training, gaining experience with industry professionals, and experimenting with recipes, flavours and techniques in our home based cake kitchen.

 

Along with thoroughly enjoying the process of designing and making cakes, I really love to see the reception that my cakes get when my clients see and taste them for the first time. Nothing makes me happier to know that my clients loved my cakes! I firmly believe that you get what you pay for, so I use only the best of every single ingredient and product that I use, and put the utmost care into all my hand-made adornments such as my sugar flowers. I enjoy keeping an eye on the latest wedding cake trends whilst combining them with a subtle traditional twist too so that my cake designs are constantly evolving.
